Our client is involved in money transfer between the United Kingdom and Nigeria. The current process of tracking each transaction was via receipts and accounting ledgers and this gave room for theft within the organsation.
We worked with our client to understand their processes and then developed the system that required unique login details per user of the system and transaction tracking. Monies paid in United Kingdom and paid out in Nigeria and vice versa can now be accounted for. The system allows a customer previous transactions to be pulled and re-used to make a new transaction. Reports are also generated on the fly to check the business' ROI.
The need to be able to manage a group of musicians and allocating spaces on a rota brought about the development of a system called Rotas R Us.
The system has been built to allow user customise the type of character / roles to be played on the days of the week that a rota is required while entering each musician as a player and a rota is auto-generated for selected days. The user is able to edit selected musicians and re-allocate spaces. We worked with our client to develop the system and we are now one of their sponsors.
